The classic 'terms and conditions apply' line is all too often quoted as an excuse and unless you know exactly where to look you will never find out what the terms and conditions actually are. Why does Iarnród Éireann hide the conditions of carriage? Is it because under certain circumstances it gives the passenger information that could make there journey both simpler and cheaper?
