There are no smoking signs the platforms, well said. But i spoke to the manager on dury and her words were "if i ask them to stopand they don't all i can do is call the Garda", she even stated that " the security staff there can't even remove people for smoking"......what can they do then ?

If thats the case they should just give up and take early retirement now.

Irish Rail are perfectly entitled to eject anyone who is breaking the law.

Not according to the female member of the customer no service staff member that is pictured on the posters in Heuston..............

Up to €3000 fine. There's fairly clear guidelines on it, not surprised IE can't implement a 5-year-old law
