![]() Yep, it's query time again and the goose is getting....... something or another. Okay, I know Broadstone had it's last passenger service in 1937, I was just wondering how long it lasted in "active service" after that? Was it used as a goods depot up to the early 70s, as some web sites have suggested? and when was the trackbed finally lifted? Thanks guys and gals, looking forward to yer groovy answers

![]() Broadstone's last usage was as Dublin's last steam loco depot for CIE. So whne steam bit the dust in 1962-3 that was it, apart perhaps from storing old cattle wagons or suchlike. (OK Amiens St, as it was, still had steam but the GN section was always a bit separate)
