Car Park Restrictions

Its been a long time coming but Irish Rail has stated to enforce a requirement that you must actually be using the train to avail of car parking at stations.

Booterstown in Dublin for one has seen active staff intervention.

Many car parks were being used by non rail passengers as they offered cheaper all day rates that other alternatives

How are they enforcing that? It makes a lot of sense, I'm surprised it took so long.
