Default Rail Users Group

I've noticed a sign at Drogheda Train Station looking for people to join a user group. Just wondering if anyone has ever participated in one of these? Is it worthwhile or waste of time??!

Thanks

There was a public meeting last December in Drogheda, mainly arranged by Fergus O'Dowd TD, who was at the time FG spokesperson on Transport

Nothing really came of it as far as we know. We had worked up a new timetable http://www.railusers.ie/resources/Ti...engers2010.pdf in light of the problems this year in consultation with a number of Northern Line passengers and that group had a copy

The crew in Newbridge put up a valiant fight a few years back especially when they were in contact with the crew in Portarlington unknown to Irish Rail so were able to play a fun game, that said Irish Rail got unfriendly later on.
