Default [01-02-08] 17:05 Dublin-Sligo multiple delays

First delayed at Glasnevin due to signal failure for forty minutes. Then stopped at Mullingar due to two passengers fighting. Took 35 minutes to sort that out. Only left Mullingar 5 minutes ago so running at least 1:15 late.

Is it worth looking for a refund? Or will IE try to claim passenger behaviour outside their control, despite the fact that they were already heading towards the 1 hour limit, and also that it seemed to take a long time to sort things out at Mullingar?
