Default Open panel and fuse box

I was on the 7:56 Drogheda-Brey this morning. Before the service started, I happened to step into the disabled toilet, and found a panel wide open over the wash-hand basen, and behind that a fuse box, also wide open. It looked as though someone had been interrupted during inspection/maintenance and had forgotten to go back.

I brought this to the attention on a member of IE staff, and they closed everything up again.

This seems at best careless, and at worst a serious breach of safety standards.
