![]() Term one under is not used in Ireland, its a London term.
There is nothing wrong with stating the facts of what happened. Irish Rail are less than up front with telling you what went wrong. In light of the right to refunds, incident needs to be clarified. What would be insensitive would be to state or speculate as to the cause of the incident in the first place. We never do and never will. Road traffic accidents are referred to exactly the same.
