Harbour Court to be closed
Users of the Red Line Abbey stop will be glad to hear that there are proposals to close Harbour Court. The 3-ended laneway runs behind Lower Abbey Street, Lower O'Connell Street, Eden Quay and Marlborough Street and is a favoured escape route for muggers at the Luas stop.
It also smells really bad. |
