I know this is a broader political question, but 20 people in the RSC? Really? Quote:

![]() This is actually good news. The RSC management complained the there was no point being dumped in Ballinasloe since it was hours from the bulk of the rail network and the very skilled staff they wanted to hire (many UK) had no interest in a forced move to Ballinasloe only to spend many hours a week traveling to Dublin. It is a engineering job, on site inspections, numerous meetings nearly all of which would be in Dublin
Drogheda is a good location, it near Dublin and has a large rail presence Given the RSC has to sign off on every thing rail based, new trains, new stations, new track and so on its understaffed at 20, they don't spend enough time monitoring things RSC currently based in Blackrock Dublin

![]() Well the Air Accident Investigation Unit lads will be clocking up the extra mileage instead - most of their events happen in the southern half of the country, while the Marine Casualty Investigation Board has most of its events in Cork and Donegal.
