Apparently it won't be coming into force in Cork.

Drivers aren't cooperating because IE management have dragged their heals on a promise of new working hours. This issue was meant to be sorted during the summer of 06.

There are reports of cancellations in the Cork area.

The 1630 up was cancelled yesterday to the non-availability of drivers, along with the 1515 ex.Tralee and the 1725 ex.Mallow...
