Default Check refund entitlement online

We have complained for ages about the fact you can't get much out of Irish Rail about how to get a refund

So enter the 21st century, yes you select and date and the system tell you if there was an incident that day which qualifies

So Joe Passenger went to the Tralee on Saturday to get the 17:15 to Mallow to make the connection off the 18:30 Cork Dublin to arrive 21:15. Of course that train broke down and Joe got a bus to Mallow, missed the connection and had to get the 19:30 Cork Dublin arriving over an hour later since its timetabled as 22:20

But

So much for that so

It gets better, the PDF file is a scanned copy of the actual form, no better than what we have ourselves, the Northern and Eastern wasters have the wrong form up, that the refund did not travel form not the refund delay
