It also queried whether we need a Metro at all, but then sort of contradicted itself by saying that if we build one we should build one worth having and go for grand architecture in the stations and bundle in the green line upgrade from the word go. A good article making a lot of good points, but sort of loses the run of itself towards the end. Apologies if it's already been posted elsewhere. |

It's what'll end up happening anyway but to me the RPA seem too scared to be too demanding on the DoF for fear of being told no. I don't understand that - they have got everything that they wanted so far. |
