Upcoming Service Alterations - inc. Bus transfers between Drogheda and Dundalk and between Ballinasloe and Tullamore

Due to necessary engineering works the following service arrangements will take place over the coming weeks;

Bus Transfers Between Drogheda & Dundalk

The following service alterations will be in place every week from Monday to Thursday inclusive up until the end of November;

22:30hrs Pearse to Dundalk will operate to Drogheda only with an onward bus transfer to Dundalk

23:30hrs Pearse to Dundalk will operate to Drogheda only with an onward bus transfer to Dundalk

The following service alterations will take place on Saturday 11th October;

20:05hrs Belfast to Dublin Connolly will operate with a bus transfer between Dundalk and Drogheda.

20:50hrs Dublin Connolly to Belfast will operate with a bus transfer between Drogheda and Dundalk.

23.30hrs Dublin Pearse to Dundalk will operate with a bus transfer between Drogheda and Dundalk.

The following service alterations will take place on Sunday 12th October;

09:20hrs Dundalk to Dublin Pearse will operate with a bus transfer between Dundalk and Drogheda and an onward train connection to Dublin Pearse.

10:00hrs Dublin Connolly to Belfast service will be deferred until 10:35hrs.

Bus Transfers between Tullamore & Ballinasloe/Roscommon

The following service alterations will take place on Saturday 11th October;

18:10hrs Galway to Athlone will operate to Ballinasloe only with an onward bus transfer from Ballinasloe to Athlone.

18:15hrs Westport to Dublin Heuston will operate to Roscommon only with an onward bus transfer between Roscommon and Tullamore and by a second train from Tullamore to Dublin Heuston.

18:30hrs Dublin Heuston to Galway will operate to Tullamore only with an onward bus transfer between Tullamore and Ballinasloe and by a second train from Ballinasloe to Galway.

19:20hrs Galway to Dublin Heuston will operate to Ballinasloe only with an onward bus transfer between Ballinasloe and Tullamore and by a second train from Tullamore to Dublin Heuston.

19:35hrs Dublin Heuston to Galway will operate to Tullamore only with an onward bus transfer between Tullamore and Ballinasloe and by a second train from Ballinasloe to Galway.

The following service alterations will take place on Sunday 12th October;

08:05hrs Galway to Dublin Heuston service will be deferred until 08:20hrs.
Bus Transfers Between Glounthaune & Cobh

The following service alterations will be in place every week from Monday to Friday inclusive from Monday 13th October up until Friday 7th November;

10:00hrs - 15:30hrs - Services between Cork and Cobh will operate with a bus transfer between Glounthaune and Cobh.

Bus Transfers Between Thurles & Limerick Jct.

The following service alterations will take place on Saturday 18th October;

19:00hrs Dublin Heuston to Cork will operate to Thurles only with an onward bus transfer from Thurles to Limerick Jct. and by a second train from Limerick Jct. to Cork.

20:20hrs Cork to Dublin Heuston will operate to Limerick Jct. only with an onward bus transfer from Limerick Jct. to Thurles and by a second train from Thurles to Dublin Heuston.

21:00hrs Dublin Heuston to Cork will operate to Thurles only with an onward bus transfer from Thurles to Limerick Jct. and by a second train from Limerick Jct. to Cork.

The following service alterations will take place on Sunday 19th October;

08:25hrs Limerick to Dublin Heuston service will be deferred until 09:00hrs.

Delays of 25-35mins are expected due to the above service alterations.
