[12/03/2013] Delays impacting inbound Connolly Evening peak

Anyone know what happened? Delays of over 1 hour to all inbound services from Maynooth and Drogheda. Spotted a train from Balbriggan running well over 1 hour late. Most others 20-30 mins.
Also caused delays to outbound services, but not as severe. Nothing on the displays, no announcements, and nothing on the website.
Also spotted displays were all out of use as we waited in Howth Junction.
Finally, around 18.10 spotted 2 gardai and 5 staff going to investigate something on an inbound train from Sligo.
Any ideas?
