Discover a world of beautifully made beasts

Luas is a sponsor of Crafted Creatures, an animal-inspired exhibition, series of craft workshops and a treasure trail run by The Ark, Children’s Cultural Centre in Temple Bar, the National Museum of Ireland and the Crafts Council of Ireland in celebration of the Year of Craft 2011.

You can take part in Crafted Creatures by visiting the free exhibition at The Ark in Temple Bar, open to the public on weekends only or get your little ones to take part in one of the animal themed workshops for children aged 2-12 years.

To explore the Find: Crafted Creatures treasure trail pick up a trail map from The Ark and find clues in the exhibition at The Ark. To gather more clues cross the Liffey and hop on Luas from Jervis to Museum to get to the National Museum Collins Barracks. In the museum you will find more clues using the directions on your map. Fill in the clues and then enter your completed map in either the National Museum or The Ark entry boxes – the trail can be completed at either end.

All Trail maps entered will be in with a chance to win a Family pass for Dublin Zoo and a €50 voucher for any of the National Museum of Ireland Shops.
