If i was assisting in setting up this scheme i would be throwing in the book that covers the timetables for all routes.

Default Ticéad Iontach!

Good to see such a ticket. Being available at your local ticket office makes all the difference as too often public transport tickets are only available from select locations at certain times.

That everyone can readily go (at cost) to a central location to buy a certain ticket or go online is a myth and we need more initiatives like this to bring information and products to local level.

An excellent measure.

As far as I recall all intercity booking offices could issue the tourist rail only tickets going back several years

The real question will be if I go to a random station, will they know the ticket code?

Cheers. It's probably in the 400-block, but who knows?
