If they extend the airport spur out to the disused rail line to the east of Clonsilla they would avoid the coastal lines and provide redundancy for the trains.This would put some of the airport traffic out of the city center.Adding stations at Rosemont business park,Blanchardstown, Damastown business park and Dunboyne to the net .

The point of a railway to the airport is so that hicks like me will not be clogging Dublin roads using taxis to the airport.
