These 22K substitutions on the Cork line are not on. The first class is rubbish, and unless I'm mistaken there is a premium on first class on that service

Which is why you can get a full refund and travel for free in standard class on the 22. Would you prefer the 17.00 to be canceled as if they don't have a set what are they suposed to do?

If you pay citygold fare on the 17:00 and find you end up with a seat the same size as standard you in theory are not entitled to a refund as the seat is 'first class'
