Default Online Bookings (&changes)

Hi all,

Just purchased a ticket for 16:00 DUB - CORK on Sunday @ €36.

If I end up arriving @ Heuston before the 15:00 DUB - CORK departs, can I go to the ticket office and get my 16:00 ticket endorsed to be able to go on the 15:00? Obviously if the 15:00 is not booked out.

On irishrail.ie it says that I need to pay a surcharge (up to €40). If I have paid full web price for the ticket (€36) will there still be a surcharge on top of that?

Go to the booking office in Heuston, the ticket must be endorsed valid on the new train

In this case a charge is unlikely
