Will they admit they have screwed up, or will it be the usual aliens landed style story followed by the we are investing yadda yadda

When I telephoned yesterday they admitted that it was the gatekeeper that was the problem yesterday. For last Tuesday she was able to identify wheel slip and a door problem as the likely causes; apparently wheel slip was widespread that day. And for last Wednesday, doors again (although they were only 7 mins behind out of Athy that day).
