I once took on a well known car park operator and won. Won't go into major detail here, but if you pay for a car parking space, you are entitled to expect that your vehicle is protected from theft, damage etc. Disclaimers do not negate due care from a car park operator. On street pay parking is a different matter for different reasons.

Disclaimers are easy to challenge through contract law.
