Lash it down send it in to Customer Services, Southern and Western, Heuston Station, if you hear nothing in 3 weeks tell us, the 17:05 is a persistent source of trouble If you had to stand on the Arrow to Ennis, IE failed to provide your reserved seat thus a refund is in order |
