DART service resumed Howth to Howth Junction by Corporate Communications

08.20hrs Thurs 26 October

DART services have resumed between Howth and Howth Junction following an earlier level crossing fault at Sutton and Kilbarrack Road.

Services were suspended between the two stations from 07.05hrs to 08.15hrs.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused.
Seems to be way too many level crossing failures on the Howth Branch, what IE won't tell you is there is a local override for the gates so they can be opened and closed from a local control panel

IE did put a time on the travel alert notice though - looks like you're finally starting to get through to them!
