Rail rage has prompted several readers to get in touch in recent days so we thought wed bunch all the mails into one item rather than spread them out.

The only one with a point is the refunds for delayed trains and not allowed to redeem them online.

The others are just moaning because they didn't comply with rules or decided to plan a last minute service. I would be surprised if the person traveling from Killarney decided within 90 minutes of departure and I'm sure the parent had a debit or credit card they could of used if they were organised to purchase an online ticket. Purchase of student tickets is make very clear before they require payment.
