Default Rail Users and updates on twitter?

After today's delay during rush hour i thought wouldn't it be nice if the techno-savy commuter could tweet their where-abouts and the delay or problem's involved and let other commuters know?

Eg: @RailUsersIe, Pearse 1705 NB Dart Broken,30 min delay, few announcements.Crowd building etc etc

It would be pretty easy to do, and if all users followed both "RailUsersIe" and possibly each other they would be able to find out up to date information if they happen to look at their twitter on a web phone or have a subscription to one of the many other way's it can be accessed via mobile phone.

Let me know what you all think?
