6 car set in peak time
The train which I get leaving Donabate at 7.51, so I think that makes it the 7.18 ex Drogheda, had only six carriages this morning.
As you can imagine it was absolutely packed and the people sitting on the floor didn't help much. The driver made an announcement at Donabate that another train to Connolly would depart in ten minutes and at Malahide that a DART would leave at 8.05 but I didn't see anyone get off. Once we got to Connolly he announced that there were only six cars on the train due to a failure at Drogheda last night. I wonder if the 1815 ex Pearse will have the same six cars. |
