Transport plans for Grangegorman area?

Hi,

I hope I am posting this in the correct place. I am just interested in what the latest plans are for any Rail, LUAS, Metro, etc services in the Grangegorman area - specifically Grangegorman Road Upper/Rathdown Road area.

I am considering buying a house in this area and have heard rumours that some transport stops could end up here especially with the proposed new DIT campus planned to locate here.

I just don't want to buy a house and end up with a train running right behind my house!

Anyone know the latest? I have scoured the internet but all the plans I see are different!!!
