Luas refund

I got my Luas refund cheque last week
I was parked in "Stillorgan" park and ride of a Friday and when I went to get the luas back out they weren't running.
got the 46A bus to Stillorgan and then got a taxi to "Stillorgan" park and ride car park.
emailed luas.ie to complain and they sent me a fiver.
dunno whether to cash it or frame it though!

A big dirty red stamp across the cheque not more than €5

At least you get a cheque

The real problem with Luas is its inabilty to sustain a service when it goes wrong

A month after I complained, I got an email from this morning. They are going to send me a cheque for €10.
