![]() Hi,
I'm having difficulty with booking the above. The system tells me I need to reserver my seats and bike racks, it then shows me a pre-selected seat on the outbound journey, I click to the return and it is selected again but then an error comes up (see screenshot). Is this a known issue with the site does anyone know? Keith |

![]() You might want to try using Firefox (or Internet Explorer if you have a windows machine). The Irish Rail booking site was very flakey with Chrome and Safari the last time I used it. Clicking on a seat resulted in the selection of what appeared to be a completely random different seat.
They have known about this for a while and had a notice to that effect covering Chrome. As both are based on the same underlying technology, it is very likely that Safari will also be affected. |

![]() I could be wrong but I don't think you can reserve spaces for bikes on the enterprise. Irish Rail only sell 1 coach online. Bikes are stored in the DVT which isn't available to book however there should not be an issue taking a bike once you turn up early to the station.
It's the same with Mark 4 services but they allow you to select your seat and bike in coach C but its stored in the DVT. They allow 5 bikes. Last edited by Jamie2k9 : 17-06-2014 at 17:28. |
