Default What's the Fare?

Has anyone ever managed to get a copy of the "What's the fare?" booklet? It's got details of absolutely every possible IÉ fare (as well as machine codes) and I would love to see it. They have them behind the counter at some stations and most ticket-checkers who have a portable ticket machine carry one as well.

We have seen it but never got a copy, the booklet mainly contains all the codes for various tickets as well as the station numbers for all stations north and south

We have the Dublin version online at http://www.railusersireland.org/pass...res_matrix.php
