![]() I see that at long long last the Irish Rail website finally lists all of the commuter tickets available (and their prices) in the Short Hop zone and in the Cork area.
Additional fare grids have also been added too for the Cork suburban area and for the Belfast route. Good to see that they are adding this sort information - long overdue! |

![]() Its been a long battle to get this information out of Irish Rail
Even with the new information it is still lacking the rules concerning how a fare is determined. Irish Rail continues to refuse us this information and we have evidence that the fares charged for many station combinations is random

![]() Its still woefully inadequate, its difficult to use.
Whats the fare from Cork to Waterford? Last time we asked we got 4 different prices We have been running rings around Irish Rail for years with our tool http://www.railusers.ie/passenger_in..._calc_2014.php everytime we add a feature they follow some months later
