I actually saw that in Pearse so it is a true story. Delighted to hear staff intervened. I actually think the girl was changing a babies nappy on the seats while passengers got on at Pearse st. Cannot believe they delayed all northbound trains in the middle of rush hour to try retrieve the missing top!
