![]() Quick question on this, it applies to all ticket types, right? I mean, I can buy a weekender ticket from Tralee to Clontarf Road or vice-versa?!
Also, is there any specific rule/bye-law one can quote on this when one is having 'difficulty' explaining one's request to the ticket-clerk?? And I presume such weekender ticket would just cost the same as one from Tralee to Heuston + Luas (€59.60)?? |

![]() Fare would be €57 + €2.60
The maximum weekender fare is €57, so €59.60 would get you from Tralee the whole way to Dundalk in fact. Weekender ticket code is 56, Clontraf Rd is 109, Tralee we don't know yet Generally one ticket is cheaper, than two. If your journey is within the Kerry/Cork/Limerick - Dublin - Dundalk route one ticket is always cheaper if you are not coming back the same day

![]() Tralee is either 20 or 40. Not that it matters a whole bunch as if you're getting a ticket at Tralee then Tralee is pre-set as the starting station.

![]() On a related matter, I tried to buy a weekender at the station recently, on the day before I intended to travel, but was told it was not possible for this ticket type! True or false?!
