Pharmacy coming to Connolly

A sign in an unit in Connolly station that has been vacant for some time mentions that a pharmacy will be coming soon.

Will this make Connolly the only station in the country with such a retail facility?

Fair to say the bigger disappointment is that IE/CIE leveraged very little of its real estate portfolio when rents were on the way up? In the cities (Cork, Galway, Tara St) grand projects which went nowhere or knocked back for lack of local authority buy-in, in the provincial towns there didn't seem to be interest in making the railway station part of local commercial activity.
