Exclamation Slow Train at Laytown

Does anyone know why all the trains are going slow over the bridge at Laytown?

Even the Enterprise crawls over the river heading south and doesn't speed up until all has cleared the embankment and bridge.

Hope it's not a Malahide viaduct issue.

Limit is due to works on a bridge near Laytown station.

Bridge in Laytown is a completely different structure to Malahide, it has foundations....

There seems to be a similar slowdown when crossing the River Fane south of Dundalk (between Dundalk station and the old Castlebellingham station).
