Ticket reservation chaos.
 

In the last month I've reserved three return tickets from Dublin to Galway. On not one occasion did they have my reservation allocated when i Boarded the train. The overhead display was always switched off and the position of my seat was only correct once, dispite selecting the seat online. On two occasions I had to remove passengers. :mad:

The heat in the coach is ridiculous and the nice purple ink that stains your hands from the ticket being inspected from the guard makes that €4 beer that little bit more sour. Apart from that it wasn't that bad........

Write to Barry Kenny at Irish Rail. He thinks that never happens.

You can forget about reservations Dublin Rosslare full stop, they don't work
