Delays southbound at Dun Laoghaire awaiting ambulance

With impact northbound services also

Up to 1 hour delay at Dun Laoghaire southbound, but moving again

Appears a passenger slipped on the southbound platform which resulted in the 7:45 Howth - Bray being held at Salthill

Luas Red Line re-opened; 20-40 minute delays towards Tallaght; OK towards The Point

All ICR/22k trains limited to 70mph due snow and freezing conditions

I think it's going to be pretty much the same situation as yesterday evening with 1 hour delays to most trains.

When the 6 o'clock train got into Hueston this morning the 8am Portlaoise train was still sitting there at 8.50.

If you can travel early you probably should.

07:35 Portlaoise to Heuston ran almost an hr late, due in at 8:42 and arrived at 9:33

Dublin Bus have already announced services will cease at 10 pm tonight.

UPDATE Departing trains, generally 10-30 mins late to/from Heuston, 10-40 mins late through Connolly. 1650 Conn-Belfast 60 mins late - this update was posted 4 hours ago on twitter but for some reason refers to 1650 Conn-Belfast :confused:

I don't know about 10-30 mins late in Hueston now unless things have improved significantly since 9am. At that stage quite a few trains were delayed by about an hour. Also, Irish Rail made same announcement yesterday of 10-30 min delays when in fact most trains were between 40-60 mins late departing and arriving, some significantly more. Obviously it would be great if there were no delays but if they gave accurate information it would be appreciated.

11:10 - Heuston - Waterford running 25 minutes late at Kilkenny.

11:10 - Heuston - Waterford train has engine problems. At least 3 if not 4 engines failed since Dublin. Train is crawling since Kilkenny.
