Default Why cant ie advertise properly by route ?

Getting off the train tonight i spotted this notice at the station :

Take the train.

there is a picture of a rugby ball on the ad so it looks like it was for todays game. It looks to me that this ad is relevant to intercity services.

The funny thing is this ad was at ashtown station which is two stops away from drumcondra and not an intercity station. Why would this ad be relevant to this station. It looks as though more ads like this irrelevant to stations like ashtown are popping up at them stations.

Has anyone noticed any other ads like this.

This reminds me of that intercity ad that showed up in donegal
