Default Northern Line station improvements

A planning notice has gone up at Rush & Lusk station about installing a new lifts and bridge across the line.

I was told similar improvements were on the cards in Donabate, can anyone confirm if any planning notices are up?

There's a planning notice gone up in Balbriggan but didn't get a chance to check it.
