Does Irish Rail provide free refreshments and taxis to the intended destination as well as full refunds in these circumstances?
I'm pretty sure that's what happens in the UK. I also wonder what the typical take-up of refunds is, given that you have to go the effort of having to claim it back. Last edited by Eddie : 20-02-2018 at 23:38. |
