Promotional fares on a saturday.

Hi everyone, thinking of taking the train to Dublin on Sat. for the AGM. Also considering driving up in my comfy, thrill to drive Avensis and taking the Luas in from the red cow.

I'd like to know about those promotional fares, IIRC I.E. started selling 10 day returns or something at some point, I don't know all the details, but any idea if I could get cheap (as in, less than that monthly return crap) day-return travel on Saturday?
