There have being improvments in speed between Waterford-Kilkenny over the last 2 weeks. The most notable change is Mullinavat where the 25 mph restriction have bieng lifted and speed is now 60 mph
Its now back to 25 mph as of this week. Track realy needs to be lifted and relayed more centred on the embankment. The approch into Waterford is now 15 mph was 20 mpn but think they may be doing som points work as it was rumoured and they have put black bags over all other speed signs. Also after Thomastown its being reduced from 70 to 65mph on a bad bend as well as Ballyhale reduced to 70 from 80 going over the points.
