Default Temporary Speed Restriction

First there was the one at Buttevant.

Then as they removed that, there was a new one at Lisduff.

Now that they're fixing that, a new one seems to have popped up just north of Blarney.

Will it just be a constant pattern of one problem dealt with and another one crops up or is there a coherent plan to guarantee a reliable service on the line?

The plan is coherent, the timetable can only take a certain number of restrictions, so when work is finished at one location work can start somewhere else

In the past it was random, at one stage 15 temporary restrictions in one direction between Dublin and Cork, timetable fell apart
