If anyone wants to go to Belfast for free today book first class on the 15:20 and then claim on the charter for no first

Why does that entitle you to a full refund? Surely they will only give you the difference between a first class and a normal ticket. I realise IR aren't always one for logic but seriously...

If you reserve a seat in any class and that seat is not provided, even if you get a seat in standard (if you booked first) a full 100% refund is available

Irish Rail of course are too lazy to disable the first class booking when the enterprise doesn't have it thus leaving themselves fully open to a claim
