The word is that the 19:00 did not suffer a brake failure, she was never in a position to operate a passenger service on the evening of the 16th

Not going to reveal why, the ball is in IE's court to admit it let us see how honest there are in there investigation

I'm pretty sure the posters in the station say thursday 17th not 16th

Fair chance but consider the fact they didn't take the opportunity to fix the route/root error previously highlighted here when the apology went on the website.
