It was held up by the 6.15 Longford - Pearse, which was 35 mins late getting to Mullingar due to brake failure, according to the very low volume announcement from the driver.

Arrived into Pearse at 9.00.

Everytime the 6:15 Longford Pearse fails there is chaos, As there are fairly huge passengers numbers on both that and the 7:50ish to connolly which is 4 carriages.

There is to much relying on the 6:15 I was hoping that that trains would be replaced by the earlier bird not the later one!

Any idea how bad the Maynooth line was this morning?

I was at the station in Maynooth this morning for the Inter-City train when 41 minutes late the 07:30 showed up.

That is a long delay for that service, something we will be pointing out soon in the policy doc, season ticket holders should be entitled to partial refunds for serious delays like that.
