Car parking charges increase again in Kent Station

As I was going on one of my regular Cork-Dublin trips last week I noticed that the car park charge has increased to €7. I am almost sure it was less than a year ago it was €5 and then increased to €6 and sometime in the past month to €7. A 40 % increase in 12 months seems excessive to me when inflation is supposed to be going down.

And I notice that the new ticket says that it expired at 6.02 am on the following day. If I were going overnight to Dublin even if I took the first train back to Cork I would in effect need to take out 2 overnight tickets to cover the full parking period. The previous tickets only gave the time they were issued rather than the expiry time.
