Default 22000 on Belfast line?

I was out in Skerries today and at approx. 1650 a 22000 passed through Skerries, heading south. I too far away to see what the electronic display said and I couldn't tell if there were any passengers on board, but it did look like it was in service. Anyone know if this was a once off?

Probably visiting Drogheda for minor repairs, or to get its wheels turned, not the first time

Not a passenger issue

Edit: turns out it was sent to Dundalk for some promotional video work
