bus substitutions 2nd MArch

According to the guy on the phone in Heuston just now, there will be bus substitutions on the early morning 8ish Heuston Galway on Sunday.
There are no bus substitutions planned for the 13:45 Heuston Galway despite what the Irish Rail website says.

I'd still treat it as likely thre'll be bus substitutions on the 13:45 dub-gal and 18:15 Galway Dublin on Sunday 2nd March.

the chances of the busses being fully accessible are slim. Irish Rail avoided the issue by telling me there's no bus substitutions planned...
